In “Hot Water” with a Fishers Hot Water Heater Customer

Yes, I admit that there are times when AttaBoy customers are not happy campers. As was the case recently with one of our Fishers customers who was much hotter than the water from his water heater which had sprung a leak.

AttaBoy Plumbing had installed his 50 gallon power vent water heater seven years ago, and now, no more than a year out of warranty, it was leaking. Now we at AttaBoy understand that no one wakes up in the morning and just decides that they want to call a plumber.

And, we certainly understand that NO ONE wants to spend money in these times on a new power vent water heater. Thus, was the emotion our valued Fishers customer met the AttaBoy water heater technician with at the door…even the customer admitted (after job completion) “I kind of killed the messenger”.

Again, we understand that a plumbing problem in your home can be an emotional and financially concerning experience.

This storm ended with a beautiful sunrise…a win/win…when all was said and done our Fishers leaking water heater customer had a new state of the art, high efficiency Bradford-White 50 gallon power vent water heater installed with longer warranty coverage and for just over 50% savings over AttaBoy’s competitors. And my favorite part…AttaBoy turned an unhappy camper into a happy customer.
